There Are No Mistakes nor Products of Happenstance in the Family of God

God is perfect, flawless, an all-powerful goodness. He expresses all His qualities through His Son:

The Son is the radiance and only expression of the glory of [our awesome] God [reflecting God’s Shekinah glory, the Light-being, the brilliant light of the divine], and the exact representation and perfect imprint of His [Father’s] essence, and upholding and maintaining and propelling all things [the entire physical and spiritual universe] by His powerful word [carrying the universe along to its predetermined goal.] Heb. 1:3 AMP

God is purposeful in everything that He does. He has a plan, and does not deviate in its execution:

“…I am God, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure…Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I planned it, surely I will do it.” Is. 46:9 – 11. NASB

“For I, the LORD, do not change…” Mal. 3:6 NASB

“I am the Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End], says the Lord God, “Who is (existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all].” Rv. 1:8 AMP

So, we see that God has plan, a purpose that will be carried out, and nothing will or can change that. Jehovah’s objective includes all creation; and His creation carries a common characteristic:

Then God looked over all that he had made, and he saw that it was very good! Gn. 1:31 NLT

Everything God created was created good. God does not make mistakes or create flawed things, nor does He leave anything to happenstance. He knows how everything will turn out.

Let this soak in. Now, we’ll see how it applies to you:

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Gn. 1:27 NLT

We know that God is a Spirit-Being (Jn. 4:24). Therefore, it is our spirits that are made in God’s image. In fact, they are a part of God:

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Gn. 2:7 NKJV

That same awesome God made you a perfect and unique part of His family, just the way you are:

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. Ps. 138:14 NASB

We all have different shapes, sizes, and colors. Yet, we are all equal works of God’s wonders. We are God’s gifts to the world – each bringing something no one else could. And Jehovah gave to each and every one of us the potential to be a child in His kingdom:

Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ, just as [in His love] He chose us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined and lovingly planned for us to be adopted to Himself as [HIs own] children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the kind intention and good pleasure of His will— Eph. 1:3 – 5. AMP

So far, everything sounds great! However, God gave us another gift at birth, which is ‘free will,’ the power to choose. Why did He do that?

We love, because He first loved us. 1 Jn. 4:19 NASB

God loves you, and He wants you to love Him back. But love that is not freely given, is not love. God wants you to choose to love Him.

When you, (you potentially perfect person), become aware of who God is, why He sent His Son, and what He wants from you, Jehovah God makes you accountable for your free-will choices.

God wants you to have the highest and best life. So, He left you instructions (in the Bible) – showing you how to make good choices; which by the way, is how you show your love to your heavenly Father:

“…showing graciousness and steadfast lovingkindness to thousands [of generations] of those who love Me and keep My commandments.”Ex. 20:6 AMP

This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. 1 Jn. 3:23, 24. NASB

Again, it’s all about your power to choose; and should you find yourself becoming weak in your power to make good choices, you can pray to your God, and He will help you:

‘Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’ Is. 41:10 AMP

I can do all things though Him who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13 NASB

So, now is the time to choose…

Choose to let go of any traumatic past events. Maybe you were adopted. Be thankful for the parents who lovingly stepped up to take you in as their child. Perhaps you had unconscious parents that treated you dastardly. Be grateful that you learned how not to parent. It could be that you had humble beginnings. There is stratospheric poverty in this world. Appreciate that you know what it is that you can rise above. Perchance you have experienced an untimely death of someone dear to you. Be assured that if they knew and related to God as He asked them to, you will see them in eternity.

God never said that life would be easy. But He did say that He would deliver you from all your troubles (Ps. 34:17).

Whatever you’ve had to endure, (even if it was a consequence of your making bad choices), if you will get right with God, He will take everything and use it for your good:

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Rm. 8:28 NASB

Choose Jesus. Understand that your perfect potential is being held back by the original sin that Adam bequeathed to everyone’s gene pool. When you do that, your spiritual perfection begins to blossom:

Beloved, we are [even here and] now children of God, and it is not yet made clear what we will be [after His coming}. We know that when He comes and is revealed, we will [as His children] be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is [in all His glory]. 1 Jn. 3:2 AMP

Choose to forgive yourself for your past blindness with regards to sin. Through your confession and repentance of your sins, and your faith in Christ, you are cleansed.

Choose to obey God so that you can remain that way.

There are a lot of people in this world that have chosen to walk with the devil instead of their Creator. Therefore, many of their thoughts, choices and actions are in total opposition to peace, love, joy and happiness – doing things that injure themselves or the people around them.

Choose to love these people because they are God’s creations. Share your faith if they are willing to listen, but do not make them your friends if they will not change, because they will drag you down with them.

Choose different friends.

Let who God made you to be, come out and live the rest of your life. Respect yourself. God loves you so much. Don’t cheapen what He did, by making bad choices with your mind and body.

Choose life by making the continual choice of living for your God through Jesus. Here is your calling – your way to all things good:

“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself. [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for others].’ The whole Law and the [writings of the] Prophets depend on these two commandments.” Mt. 22:37 – 40. AMP

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” Mt. 28:19 NASB

That’s called ‘paying it forward.’

You have the power to choose. Choose wisely…

Goodnight and God bless.
